- Fees for tuition are payable by bank transfer before the first lesson. A receipt is available upon request.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed in full.
- Up to two cancellations of fixed-day lessons are allowed within a package. Afterwards, lessons are arranged individually at mutually convenient dates and times, which may differ from the original slot.
- Scheduled lessons take place at the agreed time unless rearranged by mutual agreement.
- We strive to provide the best possible service, but cannot guarantee a specific academic, examination or professional result.
- The Swiss Language Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from tutoring services or errors or omissions in learning material, to the extent permitted by law.
- All materials provided are protected by copyright and may not be published or distributed without prior written permission.
- Lessons must be taken within six months unless a different validity period is agreed in writing. Untaken lessons are not refunded.
- For face-to-face lessons, occasional delays caused by traffic or transport disruption may occur. We will notify learners when reasonably possible.
- For one year following the service relationship, clients agree not to solicit Academy employees or independent contractors to terminate or breach their relationship with the Academy.
