- A free 20-minute trial is available on request before the first lesson.
- We do everything reasonably possible to support progress, but cannot guarantee academic or examination results.
- Lessons must be taken within six months for 15-hour packages and within up to twelve months for larger packages, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Lessons not taken within the applicable validity period are not refunded.
- If you are unhappy with your trainer, another trainer will be proposed.
- If your schedule changes and your trainer is no longer available, another trainer may be proposed.
