REFUND POLICY

A 20 minute free trial is possible upon demand before the first lesson.
As we strive to provide the best possible service, we will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student/client. Although we will do everything in our power to help improve grades and skill sets, we can offer no guarantee thereto.
The lessons must be taken in full within the following 6 months (for 15h packages, and up to 12 months for larger packages).
There will be no refund for lessons that have not be taken.
If you are unhappy with your trainer, for whatever reason, another one will be found.
If your schedule changes and the trainer is not available, another trainer will be provided for you.
